There are so many things we cherish; family, friends, moments and treasures. Regardless, they point us towards the people we love the most, and the things we do that make life enjoyable.
This old teddy bear shows how much he was loved and cherished. He is sitting on an old crocheted bedspread that has been passed down to me.
This guitar was purchased with my second paycheck after I graduated from college many years ago.
This tree is over 100 years old and marks the driveway to our yard. It can be seen for miles in any direction. It's an old cottonwood which has withstood many storms and the occasional grass fire, but I feel that as long as it's standing, it guides those I cherish most, home.
When we look back, the only things we cherish are those which in some way met our original want; the desire which formed in us in early youth, undirected, and of its own accord.
Willa Cather
